The Childbirth Fear Prior to Pregnancy (CFPP) scale measures preconception fear among adults.

The following translations have been published: German, Icelandic, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Turkish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Lebanese and Persian.
